Terms of Service
Terms of service
Welcome to True North Patriot. By accessing or using our website (truenorthpatriot.com) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The basics
True North Patriot is a Canadian-owned online store operating from Alberta, Canada. We design and sell apparel and accessories produced on demand through third-party print partners.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.
3. Production and shipping
Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. See our Shipping policy for details.
4. Returns
Because items are made to order, all returns and replacements are governed by our Refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photography, text, and graphics on this site are the property of True North Patriot or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or resell any of our designs without written consent.
6. User-submitted content
If you send us suggestions, ideas, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content in connection with our business.
7. Disclaimers
The site and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable Canadian consumer-protection law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, True North Patriot's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
