Refund & replacement policy

Every True North Patriot order is printed on demand specifically for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We can, however, fix anything we got wrong.

We'll replace your order, free, if:

• The item arrived damaged in transit.
• The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, faded print, broken stitching).
• You received the wrong item.

How to file a claim

Email birch202402@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number.
2. A clear photo of the issue.

We'll review and, if approved, ship a replacement at no cost to you. You don't need to send the original back.

What we don't refund

• Change of mind or no-longer-wanted items.
• Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart on each product page before ordering).
• Wear and tear from washing or use.
• Orders refused at delivery without contacting us first.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, production has typically started and we can't pull it back.
