Shipping policy

True North Patriot ships across Canada and to the United States. All orders are made to order through our print-on-demand partners (Printful and Printify).

Production time

Most items take 3–7 business days to print and prepare for shipment. Production starts as soon as your order is confirmed.

Shipping times (after production)

• Canada: 5–10 business days via Canada Post or comparable carrier.
• United States: 7–14 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the items in your cart, and the carrier rate at the time of purchase. We do not mark up shipping.

Duties and taxes (US orders)

US orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed at the border. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us at birch202402@gmail.com and we'll open a case with the carrier.
