True North Patriot ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  • Payment information: processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Usage information: pages visited, products viewed, device and browser type, IP address — collected via cookies and analytics.
  • Communications: any messages you send us by email or contact form.

Why we collect it

  • To process and fulfill your orders.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer service replies.
  • To improve our website and product offering.
  • To send marketing emails (only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time).

Who we share it with

We share only the minimum information needed with the following service providers:

  • Shopify Inc. — hosts our store and processes payments.
  • Printful Inc. and Printify Inc. — fulfill and ship orders.
  • Shipping carriers (Canada Post, etc.) — deliver your order.
  • Analytics providers — understand site usage in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain order records as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes (typically 7 years). Marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe.
