Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders take 3–7 business days to produce (we make each item to order) plus 5–10 business days to ship within Canada. So plan on roughly 1.5–3 weeks from order to doorstep. US orders take a few days longer.

Where do you ship from?

We work with Canadian and North American print partners. Most apparel ships from our Printful network; drinkware and many accessories ship via Printify. Your tracking email will tell you exactly where your order is coming from.

What's your return policy?

Because everything is made-to-order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed wrong, we'll replace it free — just email us a photo within 30 days and we'll sort it out. See our full refund policy.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page has its own size chart — measurements vary by garment style. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up one. Modern fits run slightly slimmer than classic fits.

How should I wash my True North Patriot apparel?

Inside out, cold water, low tumble dry or hang dry. Skip the bleach and skip the iron directly on the print. Treated right, the prints last for years.

Will the colours look exactly like the website?

Very close, but every screen renders colours a little differently. Reds in particular can vary slightly between displays and print runs. We calibrate hard for that flag-red.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes — we currently ship to Canada and the United States. International expansion is coming.
